ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE MARCH PAST:

By no later than 5:30pm: Participants arrive at Marshalling Area (marked on map in red).

Clubs & schools will be organised alphabetically in this area. Parents should drop off their players and then enter the Stadium via the gate designated on their tickets/passes.

5:50pm: March Past Coordinators briefing at O’Connell Street side of the Marshalling Area.

6:10-6:20pm: Clubs & Schools escorted in alphabetical order to the Entrance Shute to Bankwest Stadium adjacent to Gate A.

6:20-6:50pm: March undertaken around the field, finishing on the Eastern side of the ground near section 108 of the Southern Concourse.

To 6:50pm: March Past participants escorted to their seats with clubs/schools allocated to specific bays. Chatswood are allocated to Bay 106.

7:40pm: Waratahs v Jaguares kick-off

The Junior March Past is fast approaching!

Make sure your Club is part of this exciting event at the brand new BankWest Stadium. It’s a unique opportunity for your players to walk around the world-class stadium accompanied by their Club marshals. There are plenty of discounted tickets available for other club members, family members and kids to attend the event, watch the players complete their lap of the field and then watch the Waratahs against the Jaguares.

Regardless, of whether they are on the field for the March past there will be discount tickets as well and I would assume the players can use their waratah pass.

The password is set up for the March Past and is ready for the purchase of tickets for friends and family of the participants who are not marching – your password is Chatswood

Use the password, and then click “Get Tickets” to have access to 50% off tickets at the Southern end of the ground. The Print-At-Home ezyTicket option is the best one to use for the tickets.
